“I met Daniel many years ago in 2005 at Extreme Fitness, when he first started his e-book and teaching his amazing zen yoga classes. Ashtanga style.! “Mr. Yoga = success. I am a mom of two little boys, busy, with little time left to myself. After two pregnancies I was overweight, left with an array of health issues and imbalances. I’ve tried going to the gym on my own, tried some group exercises. Nothing kept me motivated.
